Infection Prevention

What surfaces should be disinfected during COVID-19 Pandemic?

These surfaces include money, doorknobs, handrails, elevator buttons, light switches, cabinet handles, faucet handles, tables, countertops, and electronics. In child and youth settings, such surfaces may include toys and play equipment. These high touch surfaces and spaces such as kitchens, bathrooms should be cleaned and disinfected more often, as well as when visibly dirty. Items that cannot be easily cleaned should be removed (such as newspaper, magainzes, stuffed toys).
