Orders ship out within 1-2 business days of processing your initial order as long as your items are available. Once you received a notification that your order has shipped, we will provide you with tracking numbers to follow its delivery.

 

Shipping Rates:


Shipping rates are calculated based on the total dollar value of your cart as we deal with many different freight carriers. Our prices are estimated between 10-15% to cover the cost of shipping goods across Canada to your front door. In many cases, our web price is lower than the cost of shipping and we absorb the difference giving our customer affordable prices and discounted services. 

We ship across country with carriers such as:


Dicom, Purolator, Fedex, UPS and other LTL freight companies providing quality service at affordable prices.



Extended Areas

Parcels being shipped to extended areas for our carriers are subject to an additional charge to be shipped out. We will reach out to you if this is a condition of your order. 

Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars

  • Free Shipping Over $99.99 across Canada except on medium-weight to heavy items that require motor freight LTL handling or abnormally large dimensions or are beyond the weight limits of handling by parcel carriers (usually 50 lbs or more per item in shipment).

  • Shipping on orders outside of Ontario will be calculated based on the total dollar value of the products in the shopping cart.

  • If a product is out of stock, a refund will be issued or substitution will be offered. 

  • Extra charges will apply for order requiring tailgate service.

  • All orders will have a tracking number and signature required.

  • If a product is needed with a quick turn around, contact us to see your shipping options and the additional charges that will be needed to complete the transaction.


SHIPMENT LEAD TIMES

  • Products will be shipped between 1-3 business days


 UNCLAIMED PACKAGES


  • When unclaimed orders are returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.  It is the responsibility of the customer to follow these tracking numbers to be aware of the whereabouts of their order.


DELIVERY ADDRESSES

  • If an item has shipped and a wrong delivery address was provided, there will be no refund for the order under any circumstance.

  • If the order has NOT shipped, there will be no additional charge for a change of address providing the new address does not increase the shipping rate of the original address.

  • Billing information will have to be re-verified when there is a change in a delivery address.
